Thanks to RCRD LBL you can download 2 new songs from Shugo Tokumaru. PFork just popped him up as "recomended" listen and I whole heartedly agree.
The Japanese wonderkind Shugo Tokumaru's song "Green Rain" sounds like spring in Japanese wonderland. Light, airy and uplifting flute with shimmery electronica layering in the background- (is that a xylophone or a glockenspiel?), it doesn't matter you don't understand a word he saying. Shugo's fast earning respect as the Japan's answer to Sigur Ros, conjuring up all this musical majesty from a computer in his apartment.
